How To Make An Ironing Board Cover

Have you got an old ironing board cover and you just need to change it. Maybe your home needs a fresh new piece? Or maybe you can’t just find the perfect size for your ironing board. Well, why not make one yourself as you will be able to choose the perfect size that will fit your board just like a glove. You also get to choose amazing colors that will go perfectly well with your home interior too.

Materials needed:

  • 2 yards of medium weight home decor fabric
  • 1 yards of cotton quilt batting
  • 2 yards of ¼” cording
  • 1 large cord stop (optional)
  • Free Printable Ironing Board Cover Pattern
  • Matching thread
  • Sewing pins
  • 1 large safety pin
  • One small piece of masking tape
  • Scissors
  • Rotary Cutter, Mat & Ruler
  • Iron and ironing board or iron mat
