Are you tired of looking at the same old plain vase sitting on your shelf? Give it a fresh and unique makeover with a fun and easy yarn-wrapping technique! This simple DIY project will not only add a pop of color to your home decor but also showcase your creativity. his easy and enjoyable DIY project allows you to customize your vase to match your home decor or create a striking focal point. This project is easy and fun to make with the simple stated materials and it can be completed in no time.

 I tend to get obsessed and then overwhelmed, so today I’m starting off with something small. I got this vase a few weeks ago from an undisclosed location, and decided to give it a little face lift.

I grabbed some yellow and grey yarn and my trusty glue gun and went to town. I just started at the bottom, made a line of hot glue, squished the yarn into it and kept repeating until I got to the top (with a few color changes along the way). Easy as can be! It took me less than an hour, and look how cute it turned out:

Now I have a fun little vase that will brighten up any space, just in time for spring flowers. This would be a great gift for Mother’s Day, too.
