Supplies:
* Chenille Home in white, mustard, and terra cotta. Any #7 weight yarn will do. I used about 110 grams of each color.
* 10mm and 9mm hook
* poly – fil stuffing
* large eyed yarn needle
* 24mm eyes
* small amount of worsted weight black for eyebrows

Terms:
* ch – chain
* sc – single crochet
* inc – increase
* dec – decrease

Throughout the entire pattern you will ch 1 and turn at the beginning of every row.

Starting with Mustard and using the 10mm hk, ch 15;
1. starting in the second ch from the hk, sc 14
2 – 4. sc across – 14 each row
5. dec, sc 10, dec – 12

Switch to terra cotta;
6. sc across – 12
7. dec, sc 8, dec – 10
8 – 9. sc across – 10 each row
10. dec, sc 6, dec – 8

Switch to white;
11. dec, sc 4, dec – 6
12. sc across – 6
13. dec, sc 2, dec – 4
14. dec 2 – 2
15. dec – 1

Fasten off and weave all ends to the back. You don’t have to fully hide them, they will be on the inside of the piece. Make two panels.

Attach the mustard yarn to the bottom right with the 9mm hk make sure to hold the right side facing you. * 2sc in the corner ( where you attached the yarn ). * sc up the side of the piece, change the color as you go. Aim for 5 scs in each color block. * When you reach the top, 2sc * sc down the side, again 5sc in each color block. * 2sc in the bottom corner * sc across the bottom. Alternatively you can do this part in one color such as white.

2scs where the black arrows are. Helpful tip for the edging, don’t cut the yarn, carry it over to the other side, just make sure you leave it loose so it doesn’t pull the panel. You can see the yarn running across the back of my panel in photo #2.

Attach the eyes now and add his eyebrows.

Now sew the two panels together, stuffing him as you go. If you used white for the edge, sew him together with white, otherwise change colors to match each block and tuck the cut ends in as you go.

All done!
