How to Make a Beginner Fold Over Pouch

A beginner fold over pouch is a great way to learn how to sew and make your own clothes. This pouch is easy to make, and it can be made in a few different ways. It will make a great gift for your mom, or a great project for your next sewing class! There are many different ways to make a beginner fold over pouch, but the easiest way is to follow this simple project.

Materials needed:

  • 1/4 yd main outer fabric
  • 1/8 yd Flap fabric
  • 1/4 yd Lining fabric
  • 16 3/4″ of 3/4″ – 1″ belting or strapping
  • 1/4 yd Fusible fleece that is similar to Pellon TP971F
