Milk Carton Coin Purse

Let’s recycle some milk cartons and put them to good use by making this gorgeous coin purse. It’s a perfect craft to keep you organized and at the same time recycle those old cartons. It’s a win-win for you and the environment in general. So friends, let’s pick up our sewing needles and get to work immediately.

Materials needed:

• about an 8” square of fabric (plus woven interfacing, if desired)
• 1 sew-on snap
• 1 small button
• needle and thread for hand sewing (in addition to machine sewing)
• a plastic container to cut up for the inside, or some scraps of Peltex stabilizer
