Create a Pretty Paper Mache Piggy Bank

Well, as we all are craft lovers here, I’m sure we will always enjoy crafts that are super unique and will bring out our creativity. Today we are going to make a pretty paper-mache piggy bank. Yeah, you heard me right! A piggy bank! If you are looking for a way to teach your kids how to spend their money wisely then this will be an amazing craft for everyone to enjoy.

Materials needed:

  • Painter’s tape or masking tape
  • Scissors
  • Low temp hot glue gun and glue
  • X-Acto knife
  • Paintbrushes
  • Balloons
  • Egg carton
  • Newspaper or packing paper
  • Mod Podge
  • Instant paper mache mix
  • Acrylic paint
  • Glass cabochons
  • Pretty napkins for decoupage
