Kitchen Storage Solution: Pull-Out Pot Rack

If your cookware is a little less than display-ready, consider a handy hidden storage solution. While this DIY definitely takes a little more patience and planning, if you can source a slide-mount drawer slide it comes together relatively quickly. Don't hesitate to beef up your cabinet-making skills before tackling this project. The only time our pots and pans were truly organized was when they were new in the box—since then, it’s been “every pan for itself.” Pots and pans are difficult to organize; if you stack them up, it’s a hassle getting to the bottom ones. If you spread them out, they take up tons of valuable cabinet space. This pot and pan pullout makes your pans easy to access and organize and—depending on your cookware—may even give you a place to stash your lids. It only takes a couple of hours, a couple of boards and a couple of drawer slides. Note: This accessory is designed to support everyday pots and pans, not extremely heavy objects or kids doing pull-ups.

Make your own pull out pot and pan organizer! Built this organizer to reduce bending over and to stop stacking and unstacking heavy pans (because the one you want is always on the bottom). If you have the room in your kitchen, this slide out pot rack is a must to make. Make cooking easier, make dishes easier, make life easier - build your own slide out pot and pan organizer!
