Make a Woven Easter Basket

How I just love this basket! It definitely reminds me of my childhood when I used to make baskets from straws. The process of weaving this basket is very fun and I’m sure you will enjoy this craft. But first, you will definitely have to do some sewing which even makes the whole process much more fun. So friends, let’s celebrate Easter by making a Woven Easter Basket.

Materials needed:

• All-Purpose thread in coordinating colors
• 12 assorted cotton print strips, 21⁄2" x 20" (6.35 cm x 50.80 cm) 
• 4 assorted cotton print strips, 21⁄2" x 30" (6.35 cm x 76.20 cm) 
• 1 cotton print strip, 41⁄4" x 191⁄2" (10.80 cm x 49.53 cm)
• 5⁄8 yd (57.15 cm) double-sided fusible craft interfacing, such as Fast2Fuse
