Cool Tri-fold Wallet

Hi everyone. Here's the lovely tri-fold wallet for your use. With this wallet, you can almost always go out without your purse or bag, so you can see it will be a worthwhile DIY effort. Use the free sewing tutorial below for the best guide to make this cute wallet which will make a great birthday gift for those youngsters, friends and family!

Materials needed:

  •  1/2 yd. of directional or 1/4 yd. of non-directional light to medium-weight fabric for outer wallet
  • 1/8 yd. of complementing fabric for contrast band
  •  1/4 yd. of lightweight fabric for lining
  • 1/2” wide sew-in snap
  • 1/4 yd. of 45” wide light to medium-weight fusible interfacing
  • Matching sewing thread
  • Basic sewing tools (sewing machine, scissors, iron, needles, pins, fabric marker, seam ripper)
