How to Make a DIY Heating Pad for Shoulders and Neck

Back and neck aches are very common as most of us do a lot of sitting, sleep wrong, carry heavy things or even sprain our muscles during exercise. Give yourself some relief from those aches and sprains by making your own Neck-wrap Heating Pad. These heating pads are also great as gifts for friends and family. Just heat up these pads and relax those muscles!

Materials needed:

  • 8 strips of fabric 3 1/2” x 6 1/2”
  • 1 backing strip 6 1/2” x 24 1/2”
  • 3-4 cups of rice (or other grain for filling)
