Give yourself some relief from those aches and sprains by making your own Neck-wrap Heating Pad. These heating pads are also great as gifts for friends and family. Just heat up these pads and relax those muscles!
- 8 strips of fabric 3 1/2” x 6 1/2”
- 1 backing strip 6 1/2” x 24 1/2”
- 3-4 cups of rice (or other grain for filling)
