DIY Amigurumi Lion

You will agree with me that this Lion amigurumi is surely a magnificent piece of art, one that must be learnt to perfection. Even the finishing is expertise at its best. Luckily this lion in crochet form comes with a tutorial that is not just very helpful but also entirely free for us to explore and recreate this soft toy in as many colours as we wish. The kids will be happy to receive this new guest into their arms! 

Materials needed:

  • 2.5mm hook
  • Acrylic yarn in Yellow, Light Khaki, Dark Brown, Beige and Black colors
  • Polyester fiberfill
  • 10mm Dome-Button Eye, 1 pair
  • 18mm Safety Nose
  • Darning needle (Long)
  • Fabric marker (water erasable)
  • Cardboard, 4"
  • Scissors
