How to Add a Ruffled Hem to Your Sweater

It`s a usual situation, while cleaning closets, to find a few sweaters which you don`t wear, but it`s hard to say them "good bye". I would like to offer you one way to give them the second life. Let`s add just a ruffled hem to the bottom of the sweater and it`ll be like new. Ruffles always make clothes more romantic and elegant. Follow this easy tutorial and create something beautiful.
