How to Create a Constellation Light Box

There`re so many projects to recycle cereal boxes. Usually they offer to make a magazine holder, but this time I have found something really unusual because we`re going to make from it a constellation light box. You can make it with your zodiac sign and use it only for decorative purposes. But I think that it`s also possible to make a kind of scientific project for your kids if they`re keen on stars and space. In this case they will be able to learn many more constellations.

Things you need:

• Empty cereal box
• LED string lights (10 lights)
• Picture from your chosen constellation
• Reamer/punch
• Acrylic paint: light blue, dark blue, and dark green
• Brush
• Palette (I use a bottle cap)
• White felt-tip pen
• Painter tape
• Glue
• Wall sticker (optional)
