Turn Your Quilt Scraps into a Pet Leash

You know that I`m not a supporter of an idea to throw away the scraps from my already made projects. I like the way of turning these scraps into something useful. That`s why I`m going to work today with some pieces of quilt from my previous projects and turn them into a pet leash. I have got a cat and recently we have started to try going with him for a walk. It`s a great adventure for him, I must say. he wants to discover every corner and it`s obvious that I need a leash to keep pace with him.

Things you need:

  • left over strips of fabric at least 3'' wide (wider is fine too)
  • left over strips of batting
  • a swivel clasp
