Denim Rug from Your Old Jeans

Recycling

We`ve already made a ton of diys from old jeans and  it looks like they are never-ending) That`s why I offer you to join our new recycling project and sew a denim rug. It will be nice if you have got denim of different hues, your rug will be look better. the process of making it is similar to as making a quilt (as you remember we`ve also created it in our previous posts). Let`s get started!

Things you need:

  • denim in 5-7 different shades of blue
  • one yard of cotton batting
  • one yard of grip tight cloth 
  • one skein of embroidery thread
  • hexagon template
