How To Sew A Bolster Pillow

Last week I refreshed all my sofa pillows by sewing spring colourful pillow-cases. While finding some interesting ideas for this project, I saw a tutorial about bolster pillows. Today I`m going to repeat it and sew 2 bolster pillows for my sofa. Join me, look at your sofa and determine your size. Common pillows are 6, 10, 12 inches in diameter and 20-30 inches long. You can make it even bigger, if you have got a king size bed like in the hotels) Let`s get started!

  • matching thread
  • needle
  • sewing machine
  • scissors
  • ruler
  • pom poms

I pinned this. I'm not fond of pom poms but I do love bolster pillows.  This seems pretty easy to make.
