DIY Rice Heat Pack

Hello friends? Are you in need of some extra comfort? Did you know that there is a way to make your own rice heat pack? By filling a small fabric bag with rice you can create a heating pad that is gentle on your skin. Fill the fabric bag with rice and then insert the bag into a vacuum tube filled with hot water or a microwave. This project is easy to make with the stated materials.

Materials needed:

  • 2 Layer Cake Squares (or cut two 10″ x 10″ squares of fabric)
  • Rice or wheat
  • Fragrance of your choice
  • Sewing Machine and materials
