How to Make a Minky Blanket

Making a minky blanket is easy, and it’s an excellent way to use up some of those fabrics you may have lying around. The finished blanket is soft, cuddly, and a great way to keep you warm on cold days. It can also be used to cuddle up with a good book or take a nap. A blanket like this also makes a wonderful gift. To make a minky blanket, you’ll need some beautiful looking fabrics.

Materials needed:

  • 2 Colors of Minky Fabric
  • Scissors
  • Rotary Cutter
  • Rotary Cutting Mat
  • Thread
  • Sewing Pins or Clips
  • Measuring Tape
  • Sewing Machine
  • Sewing Machine Needle
