Scrunchie with a Decorative Trim

Materials needed:

  • a sewing machine and basic sewing tools
  • a piece of fabric 45 x 12 cm (18 x 5 inches)
  • a piece of fleece 43 x 5 cm (17 x 2 inches)
  • an elastic – 18 cm (7 inches)
  • 2 safety pins and a scrap of fabric
