DIY Frosted Glass Jam Jar Luminaries

Are you looking for a way to add Christmas vibes into your home decor? Maybe you’re looking for a way to add some lights even in the dark? Well, why not DIY some frosted glass jam jar luminaries. This is also a great craft for recycling those old or used jam jars. You can also call the kids and grandkids to help you out making these beautiful home decorative pieces. So friends, let’s get ready for the most beautiful time of the year.

Materials needed:

  • Empty jam jars
  • White craft sand 
  • PVA/White glue 
  • Cricut Window cling (any color will do)
  • Cricut Maker or Cricut Explore
  • Baking sheet to catch sand on
  • Paint brush
  • Weeder tool or a long pin will be fine 
  • Tea light 
  • Optional – very fine white sugar glitter
