How to Make a Rag Doll

Today we are going to learn how to make a ragdoll. I’m sure your kids are going to be super excited when you get them this gorgeous doll. You can make a girl doll or a boy doll. You can also add your personal clothes to these dolls. It’s just so fun to make. So friends, without wasting any more time let’s dive straight into the tutorial linked below and make as many dolls as we can for not only our kids but also all the kids who are in need of so much love this season.

Materials needed:

  • main fabric – 13 x 15″ (28 x 33cm) medium weight cotton fabric in a flesh tone
  • lining fabric – 13 x 15″ (28 x 33cm) white cotton or flannel for a double layer for the doll
  • (optional) – printed cotton fabric for the clothing
  • free printable cloth doll template 
  • polyester stuffing
  • matching thread
  • scissors (or rotary cutter and a cutting mat)
  • ruler or measuring tape
  • iron and ironing board
  • sewing clips or pins
  • needle and embroidery thread in different colors for the facial features
  • A little knitting yarn for the hair
  • (optional) pinking shears
