DIY Crepe Paper Bunny Tails

Bunny tails are a beautiful ornamental grass (lagurus ovatus) that are irresistible to touch. Their fluffy and endearing seed heads are reminiscent of a soft little bunny's tail, hence their name! Ornamental grasses have become very trendy in home décor. And we’re on board! There are a lot of options out there to choose from, but we’re currently loving the fluffy, feathery look of bunny tails.

The soft, gorgeous texture of these crepe paper bunny tails has all of us swooning! We decided to use our extra-fine crepe paper in blush for these bunny tails, but you could also make them in white, ivory, or cream for a more traditional look. However, there’s just something so sweet about this pink color! It’s soft, feminine, and flirty, but it’s also a great neutral that works well with a lot of different colors and styles. When it comes to styling your crepe paper bunny tails, you can gather a bunch of them in a vase and place them just about anywhere. They’d look lovely on a dining room table, in your entryway, on a mantel, or on your nightstand.
