DIY Reusable Sponges

Sewing

Get those fabrics because it’s time to make some reusable sponges. These sponges are super soft and will latter greatly with your soap. They are super easy to make and will be perfect as gifts. I can just imagine how gorgeous they will be when made in all the colors of the rainbow. Very gorgeous looking!

Materials needed:

  • fabric – 2 pieces of polyester or cotton fabric (one main, one lining)
  • batting
  • tulle or mesh
  • matching thread
  • scissors (or rotary cutter and a cutting mat)
  • ruler or measuring tape
  • iron and ironing board
  • sewing clips or pins
  • sewing machine
