DIY The Lulu Dress

If you are a beginner at sewing then you are welcome to making this. Yeah, it’s the beautiful Lulu dress for your girls. This dress is not only cute but it’s also really easy to make. Materials needed:

  • knit tee for the top, or knit yardage
  • cotton for the bottom
  • 1/4″ elastic
  • matching thread
  • ballpoint needle for knit
