Simple is tush. That's why I fell in love with this Blouson dress at first sight. I was giddy with excitement when I got the free sewing tutorial for it and I didn't waste any time to get to work. So guys, don't waste any time before you use the tutorial to your utmost advantage! You can make this dress for the special women in your life or make it just for yourself. Let’s begin!

  • 1.25 yds. fabric
  • 24″ of 1/2-inch elastic
  • thread
  • serger/sewing machine
  • blouson or loose fitting dress to trace
