Make a Scooter Buddy

Hello friends and all scooter kids in the house. This is the tutorial to make this lovely scooter buddy yourself and enjoy your scooter ride all the more. You get to carry little stuff with you as you move to and fro your destination, so get out the materials and make this for your kids and even yourself. Feel free to use crazy fabrics and have fun while at it.

Materials needed:

• Heavy weight fabric (i.e. denim, cord, duck/canvas) for outer back piece
• Medium weight fabric (i.e. quilting cotton) for outer front pieces
• Medium weight fabric (i.e. quilting cotton) for lining & pocket

• Medium or heavy weight adhesive (iron-on) interfacing
• 1” wide Velcro (3 x 1 1/2” pieces) or snaps if preferred
• 7” zipper
• 1/4” elastic: cut 8”(l) piece
