DIY Hanging Fabric Planter

There are different types of hanging planters, macrame hanging planters are very popular. Hanging fabric planter is very rare though. How can most people not be aware of such beauty! I can’t seem to understand. Do you think hanging fabric planters are beautiful? They sure are!

Materials needed:

  • Utility fabric (about a yard)
  • Scrap leather
  • Two grommets and appropriate tools (i.e. grommet kit and hammer)
  • Utility thread
  • Sewing machine and notions
  • Gorilla glue
  • Quart-sized plastic bags
  • River rock or small pebbles
  • Potting soil
